About Suzanne Turner Dr Suzanne Turner, author
of the best-selling management book entitled "Tools
for Success", is an expert on energising individuals
and organizations to maximise their potential.
Having recently joined the team at ANSA,
Suzanne delivers expert solutions on a variety of subjects.
These include knowledge management, process improvement,
change management, strategic planning and the application
of improvement tools, amongst others.
Her wealth of experience covers a variety
of industries and companies globally. Roles include
knowledge management advisory support to Board Directors,
coaching and teambuilding for both teams and individuals
and organisational change support and facilitation.
Suzanne is also a tutor and course organiser
on the MSc programme in Engineering Business Management
at the University of Warwick. She is often asked to
lecture on process improvement, knowledge management
and the "process focused" organisation. In
addition to gaining a doctorate in engineering business
management, Dr Turner is also qualified to implement
behavioural profiling using Belbin and TTI International.

Debbie Jackson has over 14 years training and management
development experience. Debbie is responsible for the

About Marianne Bennett
Marianne Bennett's thirty years of experience at
senior management level, controlling multi site operations
makes her the ideal person to manage the business. The
prime role of her team is the research which ensures
that all of the work which we deliver is up to the minute,
'state of the art' practises. In addition her team provides
essential support with all aspects of programme and
course administration.
